First day

After driving about 30 minutes along a steep road we will stop at the waterfall and have a lunch there. You can swim and relax at this wonderful place and nice scenery area.

After lunch the truck will take you to climb a steep slope tract and at a Sham Village which is the start point of the trek.
After about 2 hours trekking we will reach a village of the Karen-Tribe at an altitude of about 1,400 meters above sea level.
Dinner and overnight take place at this village; before it gets dark you can take a walk in the village and enjoy the night scenery view of the fertile mountain.

After that you will start the most exciting part of the tour by riding on the elephant about 1 and half hours pass up and down along the river bank and to the village where we will have dinner and spend the night.

After riding the elephant, if you want to walk more, we can go to visit another nearby village.

Third day (Last day)

We start the rafting after breakfast for about 2-3 hours (depend on the season) from Lahu to Sham village, along Mae Tang River.

Each bamboo raft can carry 6-8 persons including the rack sack which is placed on a tripod in middle of the raft, so it won't get wet.

When we reach our destination, a Shan village, you will have a lunch with a special nice Thai food. After lunch we will drive out the rain forest, back to Chiangmai.

Along the way back we will stop to visit an orchid farm and a butterfly farm. Arrival in Chiangmai is at about 4 PM.
