Mrs.Pissamorn Senthong formerly the owner of Chiangmai Garden Guesthouse, has now opened a new house called "Pissamorn House" in August 13, 2010. After she sold the old place since December 9, 2009
This new house have only 4 rooms: 2 Family Rooms and 2 Double Rooms. Every room have all the facilties such as air conditioned, refrigerator, cable TV and private bathroom. The rooms are decorated in boutique style. This new home stay provide to you a free breakfast, all the coffee and tea you can have and free WiFi internet. You will be take care and have a good service like as in a luxury hotel. The price for the room is a little bit higher than the guesthouse but cheaper than the hotel. Room rates start from 1,200 - 2,000 THB per night depend on the room size and the number of guest per room. |

Location:
Pissamorn House is located in the center of the old city of Chiang Mai and near most of the main tourist attractions. The house is close to the important temples and the tourist areas such as:
- Wat Prasingh (only two minutes walk)
- 10 minutes walk to visit Wat Jedi Luang.
- Only 25 meters far from the Sunday Walking Street on Ratchadumnerm Road.
- Located on the second row of the building along Ratchadumnerm road, so it was very quite place to stay.
- You can walk around and easily find a lot of Song Taew (two row seat car) or Tuk-Tuk.
